## What you'll do

You'll be responsible for advising and steering complex infrastructure projects in the energy sector, with a focus on route planning and construction coordination. You'll accompany the approval procedures while adhering to all technical and regulatory requirements. You'll collaborate with service providers and other project teams. You'll implement and monitor quality standards and processes to ensure compliance with all technical specifications and safety standards. You'll create tender and contract documents, as well as participate in bidder discussions. You'll actively steer the project to achieve cost, time, and quality targets and identify measures to accelerate and minimize risks. You'll negotiate with service providers and authorities, as well as continuously exchange information with project participants to ensure smooth project execution.

## What you need

You'll need relevant professional experience in the field of route planning, pipeline construction, planning, or construction site management in onshore infrastructure projects. You'll have knowledge in pipeline construction or route planning. You'll be able to implement and monitor standards/processes in infrastructure projects. You'll have experience in cost control, budget monitoring, and tender preparation. Knowledge in project management tools is an advantage. You'll be able to advise customers in all project phases. You'll have high communication skills and interdepartmental work. You'll have a very good professional and successful academic background. You'll have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting and/or in the construction industry, preferably in the energy and environmental sector. You'll have practical experience in project management, e.g., in the construction sector, including setting goals, personnel planning, task distribution, and successful project execution. You'll have experience in leading teams and have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You'll have very good analytical skills and a conceptually structured and customer-oriented way of working. You'll have an entrepreneurial mindset and sales affinity, ideally with an existing network in the relevant field. You'll have a high interest in current trends in the construction industry and new technologies. You'll have an open, team-oriented personality with the motivation to actively bring in ideas and contribute to the further development of the company. You'll have negotiation-secure German and English skills in word and writing. You'll have basic travel readiness and flexibility.
