We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to own the automation strategy for our processes and controls. You will directly lead a high-performing, product-minded data analysts, owning the vision and execution of how we instill an automation-first mindset in how we launch marketing campaigns for Capital One.

Your mission is to transform our processes into an AI-first engine that enables us to ship marketing at a rapid pace. This is a unique opportunity to enhance the core of the engine that powers our growth and directly impacts the bottom line by significantly increasing the throughput of marketing while reducing errors associated with existing manual processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire automation product lifecycle, from defining the strategic roadmap and gathering stakeholder requirements to overseeing the development and maintenance of re-imagined processes and controls.

We are seeking a visionary leader who blends a strong product mindset, has an eye for applying automation to achieve significant efficiency gains and a proven track record of managing and mentoring high-achieving teams.

**Responsibilities**

**Requirements**

- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

+ A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience

**Salary**

- McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

- New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

- Wilmington, DE: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
