## Description

We are looking for apprentices to join our team as IT Specialists with a focus on Data and Process Analysis. As an apprentice, you will acquire comprehensive and versatile skills in computer science with a focus on data and process analysis, and drive digitalisation in our company.

In this three-year apprenticeship, you can expect:

- A targeted training programme with a clear focus on various areas of business intelligence, process management, and digital transformation

- Active design possibilities in a dynamic and growing energy sales environment

- Promotion and encouragement of conceptual, analytical, methodological, and communicative skills

- Excellent integration of theory and practice at the ITECH vocational school on the Elbinsel in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg

- Structured training with four three-week blocks of vocational school per year

- Comprehensive onboarding with other apprentices and dual students to get to know Vattenfall, the energy industry, your areas of deployment, and your trainers

- Takeover offer after completing the apprenticeship with good results and long-term career prospects

- Conducting data surveys in business intelligence and deriving data-driven business decisions

- Design, control, and operation of digital sales and communication channels, CRM systems, frontends, and databases

- Analysis and optimisation of efficient, partly AI-supported sales processes

- Project coordination at the interface between IT and sales

- Active co-design of the digital transformation of our energy sales
