## Description

We are seeking a Senior Director Medical Affairs Oncology to lead the medical strategy for Pfizer's oncology portfolio in Germany.

As a Senior Director Medical Affairs Oncology, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the national Medical Affairs strategy for oncology, creating and executing integrated Medical Plans, and driving medical preparedness and support for key product launches.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the national Medical Affairs strategy for oncology

- Create and execute integrated Medical Plans and scientific evidence strategies

- Drive medical preparedness and support for key product launches in lung cancer, breast cancer, gastrointestinal and urogenital tumors, and hematological oncology

- Foster generation of relevant evidence and collaborate with global and local research and development functions

- Build trust relationships with leading medical experts, professional societies, patient organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders

- Represent Pfizer as a scientific leader externally

- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Medical Affairs experts

- Promote innovative, data-driven, and evidence-based approaches and drive organizational development

- Collaborate with Commercial, Market Access, Global Medical, Clinical Development, and other functions to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

- Completed studies in human medicine (MD/licensure) preferred

- Several years of leadership experience in a medical affairs environment in a pharmaceutical company

- Extensive experience in oncology or hematological oncology

- Proven track record of developing and implementing medical strategies

- Experience in evidence generation, lifecycle management, and launch excellence

- Strong leadership and team development skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strategic thinking combined with strong implementation capabilities

- Fluent German and English language skills
