## Description

Join FxPro, a leading international fintech company, and be part of our expanding international team. As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for searching and onboarding new affiliates, managing ongoing partnerships, and analyzing affiliate performance.

Responsibilities:

- Search for new potential CPA partners in the allocated region

- Convert potential affiliates into active partners and negotiate CPA deals

- Provide day-to-day support to existing affiliates

- Analyze affiliate performance and key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization

- Participate in affiliate conferences and events

- Suggest and implement improvements to grow the affiliate network and overall performance

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CPA partners

- Work closely with marketing, business development, backoffice, and other internal teams to support affiliate campaigns and initiatives

- Monitor traffic quality, quantity of conversions, and fraud rates

- Provide regular reports on affiliate performance and network growth

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Advanced knowledge of affiliate traffic sources, funnels, and cost models

- Technical knowledge of tracking and attribution

- Extensive experience with lead generation and outreach automation

- Good understanding of the Forex product

- Good working knowledge of MS Office

- Previous experience with CellXpert, Salesforce, or other sales/affiliate CRM systems

- Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset

- Previous experience in affiliate programs of Forex, binary options, crypto, or prop trading advertisers

- Languages: fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, or any additional language will be considered a strong advantage
