## Description

As a Commercieel Manager at Coolblue, you will be responsible for a specific category, such as kitchen appliances or televisions. You will lead a team of purchasers, content specialists, inventory planners, and media consultants. Together, you will work on commercial plans and execute them. You will use customer data to make informed decisions and negotiate confidently with suppliers.

Responsibilities:

- Coach team members during 1-on-1s and growth conversations

- Create commercial plans and lead your team

- Use customer data and NPS to improve customer journeys

- Negotiate confidently with suppliers

- Align strategy with colleagues from marketing, logistics, and finance

- Spot trends that help your product category
