## Description

The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is looking for a Product Manager to support Singapore's vision of building a Smart Nation. As a Product Manager, you will ensure that digital products meet user needs and remain relevant.

Responsibilities:

- Craft custom experiences for each user journey

- Engage with agency Product Owners to establish a clear product vision

- Collaborate with business partners to define the product vision and mission

- Work out product outreach and promotion strategies

- Define the product go-to-market strategy

- Design, test, and iterate through experiments to improve the user journey

- Manage the product budget and secure funding

- Conduct user studies to understand their needs and problems

- Analyse data to uncover usage patterns

- Research the industry to understand competing solutions

- Translate the product strategy into technical plans

- Understand developers' needs and support them in exploring emerging tools and techniques

- Formulate strong proposals by evaluating different solutions

- Create data-driven analytics and insights

- Coordinate efforts across multiple functions

- Drive user adoption and growth

- Maintain a wide network with key user agencies and central government product teams

- Participate in public-speaking engagements

- Run efficient meetings and prioritize tasks

- Ensure the product meets security and performance requirements

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Engineering or related subject area

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

- Prior working experience in product management, IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing

- Experience in modern product development/management technologies and practices such as Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and Product-Centric Development

- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills

- Good communication skills

- A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind

- Ability to learn and apply

- Relevant certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, PMP, and Certified Scrum Master
