## Description

Electronic Arts creates incredible entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans worldwide. Here, everyone is part of the story, part of a community that connects people globally. It's a place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are welcomed, and ideas matter.

The Senior Manager of Business Management – Global Marketing serves as the strategic and operational right-hand to the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, acting as a force multiplier across the leadership team. This role translates overarching marketing vision into disciplined operating rhythms, drives strategic alignment across executive leadership, and ensures the flawless execution of key business priorities.

This position is built for an autonomous operator who excels at cutting through ambiguity, anticipating executive needs, and driving cross-functional alignment without formal line authority.

### Key Responsibilities

#### Executive Operating Rhythm

- Manage the SVP's operating rhythm, including leadership staff meetings, strategic and business reviews, C-suite briefing preparations, and organisational all-hands.

- Serve as the executive air-traffic controller for teams surfacing work to the SVP, ensuring proposals arrive at the proper altitude, at the right time, and with crisp, decision-ready content.

- Transform routine discussions into high-leverage decision forums; clarify objectives, and track critical commitments to closure.

- Proactively identify friction points and interdependencies across marketing and publishing functions, establishing seamless bridges so distributed teams move in lockstep.

#### Strategy Operationalization

- Operationalize and govern the Marketing Agility Fund (flexible marketing budget) for dynamic resource deployment.

- Serve as the primary integration bridge for Centers of Excellence (e.g., Community, AI/MarTech, Analytics), ensuring COE recommendations are value-added and easily consumable for the Marketing organisation.

- Evaluate proposed programs, processes, systems to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and the roll-out and adoption respect the bandwidth of frontline franchise teams.

#### Team Administration & Talent Enablement

- Collaborate proactively with People Experience and leadership on resourcing and headcount planning (S&R), managing talent allocations, requisition prioritisation, and role approvals across the marketing footprint.

- Manage discretionary operating budgets (T&E, training, contractors, temporary staffing), balancing team empowerment with financial discipline.

- Spearhead initiatives that spotlight team achievements, foster continuous capability building, and enhance leadership visibility.

#### Executive Communications & Storytelling

- Author and design executive presentations, board materials, and C-suite briefing decks, synthesising complex operational and commercial data into compelling visual narratives.

- Ghostwrite organisational announcements, strategic memos, and leadership addresses on behalf of the SVP.

### Experience & Skills Preferred

- 7+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, Business Operations, or Chief of Staff roles within complex, matrixed organisations.

- Strong command of core marketing, commercial, and financial drivers (budgeting, forecasting, ROI) to serve as a credible strategic advisor to the SVP.

- Demonstrated success counselling, aligning, and influencing VP- and C-suite stakeholders through trust and competence rather than seniority.

- Ability to fluidly toggle between high-level enterprise strategy and granular execution without sacrificing momentum or accuracy.

- Exceptional written and visual communication skills, with demonstrated mastery in distilling complex information into crisp, executive-ready presentations and memos.

- High operational versatility across Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and People Experience to unblock roadblocks and accelerate delivery.

- Track record of landing operational frameworks, governance cadences, and behavioural shifts across busy, cross-functional teams.

- Absolute professional maturity, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive corporate and personnel matters.

### Benefits

Electronic Arts offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, mental wellbeing support, pension plans, paid holidays, family leave, free games, and more. We foster environments where our teams can give their best in what they do.
