## Description

We're looking for a Front of House Leader to join our team in London. As a leader, inspirer, and driver of your team, you'll be our in-shop champion, coaching and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional customer service.

You'll be responsible for:

- Bringing genuine warmth and your authentic self to work every day

- Sharing our passion for exceptional customer service

- Spreading joy every day through small acts of kindness

- Leading with purpose, driving team performance, protecting profit, and keeping customers happy through high standards and great energy

In return, you'll receive:

- Base pay rate: £14.10 - £14.10 per hour

- Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete

- Extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am

- 28 days annual leave (pro-rata if part-time)
