## Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Line to join our team at Accor in Arica, Chile.

As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily activities, ensuring high-quality service standards are met and exceeded, and providing an exceptional customer experience that aligns with Accor's service culture.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and coordinating restaurant activities

- Ensuring quality service standards are met

- Providing exceptional customer experiences

- Working closely with the team to achieve goals

Requirements:

- Experience in customer service and restaurant management

- Knowledge of office software and internet applications

- Familiarity with PDV systems such as Micros or Simphony

- Intermediate to advanced English language skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
