## Description

As a Customer Delivery Driver for Waitrose, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality produce and providing excellent customer service to customers in the Nailsea area.

You will be driving a well-equipped, modern vehicle and will be expected to handle products and deliveries with care, treating them like your own.

Your day will typically start in-store, where you will familiarise yourself with your delivery route and complete a safety check on your van.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing a friendly and professional service to customers

- Handling customer queries and resolving any issues promptly

- Ensuring that all products are delivered safely and efficiently

- Maintaining a clean and tidy van at all times

- Assisting with general warehouse tasks when not on the road

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A full, valid UK manual car driving license (B-Category) with no more than 6 penalty points

- Excellent people skills and a friendly approach to customer service

- The ability to lift crates and move large cages, approximately no heavier than 18kg

- A reliable and professional demeanour

In addition to your contractual pay of £14.31 per hour, you will also be eligible for a Night Premium of £3.75 per hour for any time worked between 22:00 and 06:00.
