## Description

We are seeking a Red Bull Striker to represent our brand for retail customers and store owners.

### Responsibilities

As a Red Bull Striker, you will be responsible for:

- Territory coverage: Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner. You will administer and develop your designated area, complete all calls allocated to individual territories, and maintain a professional and respectful demeanor towards colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

- Perfect Store: Maintain and grow Perfect Stores databases focusing on availability and distribution, pricing, visibility, placements, and messaging. You will build quality relationships through effective communication and influence decision-makers by presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.

- Stock Management: Manage orders to ensure Red Bull's stock keeping units (SKUs) are in stock and on display at all times. Ensure stock levels necessary to secure continuous availability of Red Bull products to consumers in all covered outlets are maintained.

- POS Management: Secure and improve the agreed in-store presence of the Red Bull brand. Place POS materials correctly and ensure they are up-to-date in all outlets. Ensure agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day.

- Administration and Reporting: Complete all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time. Implement Head Office agreements and ensure their execution based on merchandising standards.

### Experience

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- A proven sales track record

- FMCG experience (branded or retail experience)

- A valid driver's license

- Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships

- Good selling skills: communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills

- A clear understanding of Off Premise channels (retail, impulse, non-traditional)

- Commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial maths

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably mobile Field Force automation
