## Description

We are seeking a Channel Strategy & Insights Project Leader to analyse data and turn it into actionable insights to improve Strategic Channels business.

**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:**

- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive Strategic Channels results

- Propose and validate aspirational targets for KPIs, and report results to WPB ExCo and Strategic Channels leadership

- Examine, interpret, and report results of analytical initiatives in Strategic Channels

- Define business problems based on KPIs and manage execution of analyses to generate proposals

- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

**Requirements:**

- Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues

- Good relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Administration, Finance, Actuary, or related field

- Very strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to see things through to completion

- High levels of resilience and self-motivation – able to self-manage and deliver to committed timescales

- Adaptive – able to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals

- Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and SAS
