## Description

We are looking for a Facilities Senior Engineer to join our team at American Honda Motor Company in Marysville, Ohio. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience in managing mission-critical utility infrastructure reliability, capacity, and safety.

The Facilities Senior Engineer will be responsible for leading, implementing, and communicating an operational plan for completing projects, monitoring progress and performance against project plans, and resolving operational problems. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical degree, and 6-10 years of relevant work experience.

Key accountabilities include:

- Managing mission-critical utility infrastructure reliability, capacity, and safety

- Developing tracking and reporting to accurately communicate consumption and identify abnormalities

- Evaluating new technology and managing system end-of-life characteristics

- Working with internal customers and external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to develop project concepts, specifications, designs, scopes, fabrication/construction, and installations

- Managing budgets and ensuring accuracy

- Supervising engineers and on-site contractors

- Coordinating responses to emergency situations

The salary range for this position is $92,000.00 - $114,900.00 per year.
