## What you'll do

You'll be responsible for logistics and change management. Your focus will be on

- Vorserienlogistik and technical change management

- Industrialization of suppliers, including supplier visits

- Analysis of production and logistics processes as well as information flows to optimize through KI/Digitalization

- Brand- and plant-crossing logistics projects and events

- Pre- and post-preparation of committees and meetings

## What you need

- A place of study in economics, computer science, business administration or a comparable course of study (at least in the 3rd semester or in the gap year between Bachelor and Master)

- Independent, structured, and self-responsible working style

- Secure handling of MS Office

- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and joy in working together

- Very good German and good English skills (min. B2)
