## Description

Abnormal AI is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the APAC leg of its Multi-Product Platform division.

The team owns the full customer journey, from demo to onboarding, and everything in between.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will partner with engineering and product leaders to shape the roadmap, make architectural decisions, and lead a team of 15+ engineers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and mentoring a team of engineers

- Driving the evolution of the Abnormal customer journey

- Developing complex, customer-facing features

- Defining and upholding SLAs for systems

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external customers

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience designing and building web and distributed applications

- 2+ years at staff level

- Demonstrated experience leading multi-quarter projects

- Strong experience collaborating across teams

- Deep understanding of technical excellence

- BS degree in Computer Science or related field

Nice to have:

- Experience in cybersecurity or security-adjacent products

- Background at enterprise-level SaaS companies

- Familiarity with Python, Go, TypeScript, React, Redux, AWS, Kubernetes
