Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.

Work Pattern:

- Tuesday: 04:00 - 11:00

- Wednesday: 11:00 - 17:00

- Thursday: 15:00 - 22:30

As a Customer Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a team environment, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivering five-star service at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

Requirements:

- Digital confidence

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Flexibility to work across various areas of the store

- Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Benefits:

- Competitive hourly rate

- Unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

Note: This role is part-time and may require working up to full-time hours during peak periods.
