## Description

We are seeking a Manager to join our Global Enterprise Communications team as a strategic communications advisor to senior leaders, building data-informed communication strategies that align with business goals, drive associate engagement, and foster organisational clarity.

The successful candidate will lead internal and executive communications for Enterprise Product organisations and their leaders. You will design and execute internal communications strategies that directly support business goals, leveraging associate feedback and internal metrics to measure impact.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing internal communications strategies that support business goals

- Collaborating with senior leaders to craft executive communications that drive alignment

- Working with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and manage communication cadences

- Contributing to team-wide efforts to develop scalable processes and stay informed about industry trends

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or military experience

- At least 5 years of communications experience

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience supporting enterprise software, digital products, or tech-adjacent business units in a large enterprise environment

- Proven track record of using internal data, associate sentiment, and metrics to shape business-aligned communication strategies

- Experience advising senior leaders and managing communications through strategic business shifts or enterprise initiatives

In terms of compensation, Capital One offers a competitive salary range of $122,100 - $139,400 for Plano, TX, $134,400 - $153,300 for McLean, VA, and $122,100 - $139,400 for Richmond, VA.

Additionally, this role is eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
