Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Ulverston Food Hall, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer.

We're seeking passionate individuals who not only take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products but are also ready to roll their sleeves up and go again, day in and day out, meeting strong customer demand head-on.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us.

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products.

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods.

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store.

Your work pattern will be: Week 1: Sunday 14:00-20:00, Wednesday 14:00-20:00, Thursday 14:00-20:00, Friday 14:00-20:00 Week 2: Monday 14:00-20:00, Saturday 14:00-20:00
