## Description

We are seeking ambitious graduate candidates for the EMEA Graduate Rotation Program - Sales Path at Salesforce. This 12-month program is designed to give graduates exposure to both sales and solution engineering. As a graduate, you will be assigned experienced Sales Development Buddies and Solution Engineer Buddies who will provide hands-on coaching and involve you in live deals.

The program is structured as follows:

- Introduction Month: Receive extensive onboarding enablement through a Salesforce-style academy.

- Rotations: Gain exposure to both Sales and Solution Engineering Roles, spending 60% of your time immersed in the role and 40% on role-specific learning.

Responsibilities:

- Learn Salesforce’s best-in-class prospecting and qualification methodologies.

- Collaborate with Sales Development Specialists to run campaigns and help build sales pipeline for the EMEA Sales organisation.

- Learn our solutions at a deeper, more technical level.

- Work closely with the Solution Engineering organisation, supporting the creation of cutting-edge customer demonstrations.

Requirements:

- 2025 or 2026 graduate (minimum bachelor’s degree).

- Fluent in English & Norwegian.

- Creative problem-solver, relationship builder, and growth mindset.

- Curious, self-motivated, and focused on continuous learning.
