## Description

We're looking for a Health and Wellness Consultant to create, implement, and monitor AIA's health and wellness programs, providing a distinct employee experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Evaluating the current health and wellness culture of the organisation

- Creating and implementing customer health and wellness programs for employees

- Collaborating with Group and Vitality teams for a well-rounded wellness approach

- Identifying potential health hazards in the workplace and providing feedback to relevant teams

- Working closely with HMO or healthcare providers to offer holistic and comprehensive wellness packages

- Developing strategies to promote work-life balance and stress/energy management

- Collaborating with HR Leaders and PH ExCo/ManCom to develop wellness goals and strategies

- Coordinating and communicating wellness campaigns and events

- Evaluating wellness activities and improving approaches
