## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Falkirk Retail Park Simply Food, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to driving sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in M&S Food products, to make recommendations and drive sales

- Operate efficiently in a high-pressure environment, staying focused during busy periods

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, high-energy work environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store as needed

In this role, you will be working early mornings, with shifts from 05:00 to 11:00 on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

The hourly rate for this role is not specified, but a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.
