## Description

We are seeking a colleague to support SAP Roles & Authorizations activities at second-level support, ensuring smooth user access management and role maintenance within SAP systems.

Responsibilities:

- Perform user management tasks such as user creation, locking/unlocking, and password resets.

- Design and maintain roles.

- Maintain documentation for role design and security processes.

- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (on-premise and cloud).

- Handle incidents, service requests, and changes using the ITSM tool.

- Provide second-level support for access and authorization-related topics.

- Manage changes.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of SAP Roles & Authorizations concepts, using SAP transactions such as PFCG and SUIM.

- Ability to analyze and resolve authorization issues using tools such as SU53, SUIM, and STAUTHTRACE.

- Alternatively, basic working knowledge of databases/SQL.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working in IT Service Management environments.

- Experience with the XAMS Suite.

- Basic understanding of Fiori role-building components.

- Familiarity with BTP authorization concepts and Public Cloud authorization concepts.

- Clear verbal and written communication.

- Ability to explain technical security concepts.

- Active listening.

- Strong attention to detail, especially for role design and access control.

- Effective time management when handling multiple access requests and projects.

- Strong organizational skills.
