## Description

We are seeking a Premium Audit Reviewer to join our growing team. As a Premium Audit Reviewer, you will perform quality review functions within the Audit QC Department to ensure that all audits meet regulatory and client-specific requirements.

### Key Responsibilities

- Primary review of all premium audits, primarily General Liability, Workers Compensation, Garage, Auto Liability, etc.

- Audits methods include: Physical, Remote Physical, Virtual, Phone, Mail

- Independently determine if each audit adequately addresses the Afirm QC Requirements, state-specific requirements, and client-specific requirements

- Validate time charges with audit detail and/or explanations

- Manage inventory of audits to review

- Work to develop auditor quality by providing technical help and clear information through direct communication with the auditors during the review process

- Meet production requirements and expectations as provided

- Perform other duties as assigned

### Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- Extensive knowledge of manual rules: Basic Manual, Commercial Lines Manual, State-Specific Manuals for independent bureau states

- Thorough experience regarding the usage of PAAS (Codes, Bulletins, FAQ's, Chart of State Exceptions, etc.)

- Proficient in both Workers' Comp and General Liability audits

- Knowledge of garage and auto liability audits is a plus

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, etc.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely identify errors and steps for resolution

- Ability to work independently with minimal direction

- Highly motivated and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

- Strong attention to detail and organization skills are necessary
