## Description

Working as an Inbound Expert at Target means being part of a team that enables a consistent experience for guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

As an Inbound Expert, you will create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Executing a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation

- Stocking, organizing and storing reserve product and straightening merchandise on the sales floor

- Maintaining product availability on the salesfloor for General Merchandise categories

- Operating powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise

- Processing defective merchandise and handling environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance

- Working in a safe manner at all times and reporting hazards

- Supporting guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive up

- Be capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes
