## Description

We are seeking a Functional SAP Consultant to join our team as a remote worker in the United States. The successful candidate will have expertise in ERP implementations for SAP Material Management in Direct Procurement in the Automotive/Manufacturing industry, focusing on the requisitioning to ordering process.

The position involves both new development and production support activities within the IERP Program. You will work closely with business partners to deliver application changes, perform requirements gathering, business analysis, fit-gap analysis, system testing, documentation, and end-user training.

Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with business partners to deliver application changes

- Gathering requirements, performing business analysis, fit-gap analysis, system testing, documentation, and end-user training

- Creating use cases, user stories, and other requirements/specifications artifacts

- Providing functional specifications and working with software engineers (ABAP, PCF, Fiori)

- Conducting and supporting testing on the SAP platform, including functional, security, integration, and user acceptance testing

- Supporting cutover, data profiling, extraction, and cleansing activities

- Performing configuration tasks

- Analyzing integration requirements and working with legacy non-SAP systems

- Providing production support for launched functionality

To qualify, you will need:

- 10+ years of IT experience

- 6+ years of functional experience with SAP modules, specifically Material Management covering processes from requisitioning to ordering

- A bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field

- Experience in at least one full life cycle of S4 HANA and Fiori implementation

- Hands-on and root-cause analysis skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred qualifications include:

- Familiarity with ABAP

- Relevant SAP certification

- Experience in the Automotive/Manufacturing industry

- Knowledge of Ariba Sourcing and Supply Chain Collaboration and integrations with S/4

The salary range for this position is $99,100-$166,200, depending on skills and experience.
