## Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's global HR strategy and market-specific requirements.

## What you'll do

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Developing and reviewing the Porsche Asia Pacific HR strategy in alignment with the global HR strategy, market-specific requirements and potentials, as well as the Volkswagen group HR approach to Asia Pacific

- Driving HR transformation initiatives leveraging digitalisation, reviewing and coordinating the implementation of internal enhancement along the employee life cycle

## What you need

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills:

- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication Studies, Psychology (or similar)

- Minimum 8 years relevant HR experience in Employee Relations, Recruitment, Selection, Training and Organisational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance
