## Description

As a Hosting Host at ibis Betim, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing reservations and guest services via phone, email, and system

- Welcoming guests and providing information and support

- Processing check-in and check-out procedures, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with hospitality standards

- Acting as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments, addressing requests and resolving issues

- Monitoring room availability and preventing discrepancies between reservations and occupancy

- Handling billing, invoicing, and cash control

- Offering loyalty programs and personalised service to regular clients

- Maintaining reception area organisation and adhering to internal procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Intermediate English language skills

Desirable qualifications:

- Higher education in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields

- Customer service and telephone communication skills

- Advanced English and intermediate Spanish language skills

- Relevant industry experience

Working hours: 5x2 (14:00 - 20:20)
