Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide remarkable service to customers, ensuring they feel valued every time they shop with us

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store

**Requirements:**

- Be digitally confident and able to use digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Be a team player, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment

- Be flexible and able to work across various areas of the store

- Be able to work in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp and focused during busy periods

**Working Hours:**

- Week 1: Sunday 01:00 - 05:00, Tuesday 01:00 - 05:00, Thursday 01:00 - 05:00, Friday 01:00 - 05:00

- Week 2: Sunday 05:00 - 09:00, Tuesday 05:00 - 09:00, Thursday 05:00 - 09:00, Friday 05:00 - 09:00
