## Description

Aramco is seeking a Downstream Transformation Analyst to join our DS Transformation & Business Excellence Department. The successful candidate will support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by ensuring strong governance, accurate financial validation, and actionable insights through data and analytics. Key responsibilities include monitoring and tracking progress of initiatives against targets, supporting governance reviews and executive reporting, identifying risks and issues, and collecting and consolidating data from multiple sources.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, industrial engineering, systems engineering or related engineering discipline from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance, Business Analytics, Strategy or Data Analytics) is strongly preferred. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Energy sector business (Oil, Gas, Petrochemicals), including at least 5 years in Corporate or operational strategy, Business development, Enterprise or functional transformation programs and Performance management or value realization offices (PMO).

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and performance management, solid financial acumen, and hands-on experience in governance framework and compliance requirements. They will also be able to demonstrate a strong stakeholder management skill to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
