## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Flowerdown retail park in Weston Super Mare, Somerset. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work part-time hours during the Christmas period, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Maintaining knowledge of M&S Food products

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive team environment

As a Customer Assistant, you will be a resilient and committed brand ambassador who is ready to raise the bar by delivering five-star service at pace and embracing the transformation M&S is driving.

In this role, you will need to be digitally confident, able to work in a high-pressure environment, and be a team player. Flexibility is also vital, as you will need to adapt to changing demands of the retail environment.
