## Description

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the growth of its Operations. The successful candidate will be the primary finance partner for a rapidly growing compounding manufacturing and pharmacy fulfillment operation.

Responsibilities:

- Influence Through Data: Identify opportunities to improve fixed cost structure and unit economics using data analysis.

- Provide Strong Controllership: Manage purchase order and headcount approvals for the site, ensuring spending aligns with financial plans.

- Financial Planning & Reporting: Partner with site leadership to build financial plans and create reporting and operational metrics.

- Financial Modeling: Develop dynamic models to evaluate the financial impacts of CapEx investments and process changes.

- Process Improvement: Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial and operational processes.

Requirements:

- B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience

- 4+ years of experience in Finance or a related analytic field

- 4+ years of experience manipulating large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets

- Prior SQL, Python, or Looker experience is a plus

- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments

- Strong sense of ownership, bias for action, grit, and desire to win
