## Description

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead our quality team at our site in Saint-Amand-les-Eaux, France.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Supervising the internal audit and inspection team, regulatory affairs, product performance, and market complaints, as well as the supplier team

- Overseeing corrective and preventive action plans and ensuring their timely closure

- Supporting product transfers and stability activities by providing regulatory and technical support

- Coordinating responses to regulatory authorities, customers, and partners

- Leading continuous improvement projects to enhance quality systems

- Coaching, developing, and managing a local team to build a strong quality culture and promote inclusion

The ideal candidate will have:

- A degree in pharmaceutical sciences or a related field

- At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality, regulatory affairs, or production

- Proven experience in managing audits and regulatory inspections

- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and French and European regulations

- Practical experience in product transfers, stability programs, or associated regulatory activities

- Fluency in French and ability to communicate in English

We offer a competitive salary range of EUR 78,750 to EUR 131,250 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
