## Description

We are seeking a Distribution Partner Specialist to join our team. As a Distribution Partner Specialist, you will be responsible for executing strategies, engaging with customers, building capabilities, providing commercial insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Translate D&W strategy into clear partner actions

- Drive execution against agreed priorities

- Identify gaps and accelerate implementation

- Share market insights and best practices

- Build strong relationships with D&W partners

- Develop deep understanding of local markets

- Identify growth opportunities at customer level

- Strengthen partner execution and capabilities

- Build frontline selling capabilities

- Deliver product, category, and selling training

- Drive adoption of Red Bull initiatives

- Support partner meetings and key events

- Connect sell-in, sell-out, stock, and execution data

- Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps

- Turn insights into clear commercial actions

- Improve distribution, availability, and execution

- Align partner sell-in with market sell-out

- Connect D&W partners with Red Bull teams

- Align On Premise, Off Premise, and Field Sales priorities

- Share insights, tools, and market opportunities

- Maximize opportunities through D&W customers

Requirements:

- 2+ years of FMCG/Sales/Commercial experience

- D&W/Distributor experience is an advantage

- Strong FMCG and commercial understanding

- Strong analytical and commercial capability

- Comfortable with sell-in, sell-out, and depletion data

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Strong organizational skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership

- Strong digital & computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel

- Very good English

- Driver's License
