Salesforce is seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Sales professional to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences through the Agentforce platform.

The Agentforce platform is Salesforce's flagship innovation, redefining the customer 360-degree view with real-time data and AI. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI, complex technology solutions, and B2B/B2C solution design.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with Agentforce

- Conducting technical discovery and analysis to understand customer needs

- Developing tailored solutions and strategic alignments with customer goals

- Presenting proof-of-value and use cases to stakeholders

Requirements:

- 10+ years of B2B technology sales experience with a proven track record of achievement

- Deep knowledge of AI, agent technology, and Salesforce products

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to analyze complex business needs and develop logical solutions

Preferred skills:

- Salesforce platform expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.)

- AI agent and LLM (large language model) knowledge

- Hyper-scaler/cloud experience (particularly data layer)

- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
