## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Vangarde Monks Cross, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Provide expert knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience

In this role, you will be required to work Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings from 18:00-22:00. Additionally, due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
