## Description

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join a dynamic team. The role requires expertise in routing and switching in data center/AI/storage/HPC environments.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be an approachable, proficient communicator who takes ownership in resolving issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will interact with Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams regularly on technical issues.

The standard work schedule for this role is Tuesday through Saturday.

### Responsibilities

- Provide Tier 3 support: install, support, and resolve technical issues and challenges

- Develop and present technical solutions to customer problems, including project management of complex installations

- Report and manage problem resolution, customer concerns, and replication

- Respond to customer technical inquiries

- Conduct site visits and conference calls with customers and partners

- Develop and refine internal processes to improve support efficiency and productivity

### Requirements

- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience

- 5+ years of experience in providing customer support for hardware and software products

- Extensive knowledge and troubleshooting experience with network equipment and protocols, including IP, L2, and L3 protocols

- Experience with LAN switching/routing, IP routing protocols, virtualization, EVPN, and VXLAN

- Linux experience and scripting

- Automation experience with Ansible

- Ability to work under pressure and support high-level customers

- Experience with operating and configuring major vendors' network equipment

- Analysis and diagnosis of complicated networking problems

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written English skills

### Nice to Have

- Knowledge of Linux/Unix administration

- Experience with Ethernet (10/40 GigE) and/or Infiniband

- Familiarity with clustering or data center technologies, including Upper Layer Protocols

- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks
