## Description

As a Project Manager overseeing customer-facing projects, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation and testing of products and services for new and existing customers.

You will provide general technical support and detailed knowledge of hardware, software, products, and services, and participate in product development to ensure customer implementation feasibility and efficiency.

Your role will involve serving as a liaison between Product, Customer Sales teams, Technical and Managerial staff regarding Product implementation activities with MasterCard Customers or Processors.

Key responsibilities include:

- Customer project oversight, project assignments, problem resolution, and reporting

- Designing, developing, testing, and implementing new customer tools, training, and documentation

- Managing projects with customers to ensure compliance with product and program objectives

- Coordinating data mapping, file mapping, and connectivity exercises to ensure requirements meet the technical implementation solution

Requirements:

- Extended knowledge of data processing standards and financial industry/banking operations practices

- Familiarity with connectivity methods using proprietary software solutions or public solutions using the Internet

- Familiarity with Debit, Credit, and Prepaid programs

- Ability to oversee complex data mapping projects and various file transfer protocols

- Strong Project Management skills used in a customer-facing role

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, HTTP protocol

- Working knowledge of the TCP/IP communication protocol and applications such as Telnet and FTP that use TCP

- Ability to clearly communicate and establish clear project expectations in written and verbal format

- Highly organized with the ability to have multiple unrelated topics/projects open at the same time

- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or equivalent work experience

- Master's degree preferred

- PMP-Certified a plus

Preferred qualifications:

- Familiarity with Loyalty/Rewards programs

- Ability to understand and consult on a variety of Rewards/Incentive programs

- Spanish and English proficiency; Portuguese preferred

- Knowledge of Website design and HTTP protocol

- Financial industry Processor experience
