## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Metro Centre, Gateshead. As a frontline role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and contribute to driving sales growth.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivering five-star service at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

This is a part-time, flexible role working varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll need to be digitally confident, a team player, and adaptable to the changing demands of the retail environment.
