The Audiovisual team at Sportradar is responsible for the end-to-end stack of our video streaming products, delivering high-quality live sports video and streaming solutions for customers worldwide.

The Engineering Manager - AV Analytics and Customer Behavior will lead a team of engineers and develop the backend that extracts insights from content consumption, working with large datasets and analytical databases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and structure large datasets in the cloud data warehouse

- Work with a modern stack: Java, Spring Boot, EKS, MySQL, Redshift, ClickHouse

- Make use of AI in the Software Development Lifecycle

- Manage the entire chain of data aggregation and report delivery

- Lead the team of developers in the AV Analytics squad

- Develop cloud-native applications with an innovative mindset

Requirements:

- Master's or bachelor's degree in software development

- Excellent knowledge of Java and frameworks like Spring and Kubernetes

- Experience with AWS products and services, especially Redshift, S3, Aurora, EKS, and ElastiCache

- Experience or interest in learning ClickHouse analytical database

- Interest in leading a team of engineers and being a line manager
