## Description

The EA SPORTS team is looking for a creative leader to help shape the future of one of the most iconic brands in entertainment. As a Creative Lead, you will play an instrumental role in championing and evolving the EA SPORTS creative platform across campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of integrated campaign concepts from insight through execution.

- Partner with design, strategy, production, and brand teams to create culturally relevant work that moves audiences.

- Present creative work to senior leadership and articulate the thinking behind it.

- Guide creative development across internal teams and external agency partners.

- Help raise the overall creative standard across the EA SPORTS ecosystem.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience developing integrated creative campaigns for brands, entertainment, or agencies.

- Exceptional concepting, storytelling, and writing skills.

- A portfolio demonstrating breakthrough creative thinking across multiple channels.

- Experience leading integrated campaigns from insight through production.

- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting work to senior stakeholders.

- Proven ability to collaborate across strategy, design, production, and marketing.

- Deep appreciation for sports culture and the role creativity plays within it.
