## Description

Deliver the best cinema experience for customers by using our software.

As a Support Specialist, you will help independent cinemas or cinema chains provide a memorable cinematic experience by leveraging our software.

Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve problems that arise with our software at a second or third level. Use SQL Server and SQL statements to assist with problem-solving. Read and interpret error logs provided by clients and from the software package. Maintain communication with clients using our support website, phone, email, and screen sharing. Identify and record software errors to be corrected by our development team.

Requirements: Degree in IT. Experience in implementing or supporting software. Work experience with SDLC and IT solutions. Familiarity with MySQL Server and SQL Server. Understanding of advanced hardware and network aspects. Proficiency in English.
