## Description

You'll shape and drive Red Bull's global fitness media strategy across content development, channel programming, communications, and partnerships.   Your goal is to build a distinctive and impactful presence in the fitness space, strengthening brand awareness, highlighting product functionality, and creating meaningful connections with consumers.

### Responsibilities

- Define and drive Red Bull's holistic fitness media strategy, setting clear priorities based on consumer insights and an audience-first approach

- Develop authentic, ownable, and innovative content formats that build cultural relevance, strengthen brand love, and expand audience reach

- Serve as the key point of contact for markets around the world, providing guidance, sharing best practices, and enabling continuous knowledge exchange

- Build strong relationships across the organization, aligning priorities and ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and functions

- Manage budgets and resources responsibly, ensuring investments are aligned with strategic priorities and optimized to deliver maximum impact

- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, creating clarity around priorities, roles, and responsibilities

### Experience

- 10+ years of practical experience in Media, Communications, or Strategy, ideally within media-led companies

- Proven track record of leading teams and projects in the media and content industry, with a strong creative and project management background

- Strong understanding of the strengths and limitations of partner platforms, with the ability to turn them into opportunities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with strong presentation skills
