## Description

We are seeking an IT Manager Global Field Sales Applications to drive the global IT field sales tool strategy and lead a high-impact team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the global field sales tool roadmap, leading and developing a team, and ensuring robust governance and compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Drive the global IT field sales tool strategy in close alignment with the sales leadership team

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of IT Project Managers and IT Service Owners

- Hold accountability for global tool rollouts and ongoing operations

- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of field sales applications

Requirements:

- University degree in Computer Science or similar study

- Fluent English skills, German is a plus

- At least 5 years of working experience with field sales applications, preferably within the FMCG industry

- A minimum of 5 years of leadership and people management experience

- Proven track record of strategic ownership for an applications or services portfolio

- Strong IT and AI expertise
