## Description

Epiq eDiscovery Managed Services is hiring a Project Manager to be the primary liaison and case consultant for clients engaging with Epiq EMS group on eDiscovery projects.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Understand and interpret client requirements within the context of eDiscovery processes.

- Consult with clients on utilizing Epiq's suite of services, particularly leveraging Relativity.

- Coordinate internal processes across Epiq departments to ensure client objectives are met.

- Represent Epiq in client interactions and with third-party service providers.

- Supervise and support other members of the Client Services (CS) team to ensure client needs are addressed effectively.

- Provide regular project updates and team performance reports to the Regional CS Manager to optimize resource allocation and service delivery across Epiq.

**Desired Qualifications and Skills:**

- Proficiency with an eDiscovery processing and hosting platform, preferably Relativity.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving client needs.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

- Willingness to work extended hours when project demands require.

- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

- Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Education & Certifications:**

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an e-discovery environment, with hosting services experience preferred.

- Industry certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Administrator Analytics Expert are advantageous.

The Compensation range for this role is $100,000 -$120,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
