## Who we're looking for

We're looking for a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner who's fired up by our mission and ready to build. You'll thrive here if you adapt quickly, take ownership, and care about the details.

## Core responsibilities

- Owning full-cycle recruiting for complex technical requisitions across multiple engineering disciplines

- Acting as the subject matter expert on technical hiring, coaching Hiring Managers through role definition, interview process, feedback calibration, and closing candidates

- Serving as a go-to resource for sourcing and process questions

- Defining the scope and approach for hard-to-fill roles, including market mapping and pipeline strategy

- Driving creative sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, conference rosters, patent databases, and niche communities

- Running structured, candidate-first interview loops that reflect Arc's high bar for talent, values and brand

- Bringing pipeline data and conversion metrics to weekly reviews and iterating on what's working

## Basic qualifications

- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at a high-growth startup or hardware/deep tech company

- Demonstrated success owning complex requisitions across at least two of: Electrical Systems, Hardware, Manufacturing, or adjacent disciplines

- Experience serving as a calibration partner and trusted advisor to engineering Hiring Managers

- Scrappy, resourceful approach demonstrated creativity identifying and sourcing hard-to-find talent

- Strong written communication skills; your outreach converts because it's relevant, genuine, and interesting

- Comfort working in ambiguity and shifting priorities; you thrive without a rigid playbook

- Proficiency with sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and at least a few creative alternatives

## Bonus qualifications

- Experience at a company building physical products (EV, aerospace, robotics, marine, automotive, or similar)

- Familiarity with engineering roles in an electrification or power systems context

- Experience building out sourcing infrastructure from scratch , templates, workflows, sourcing channels

- Prior experience collaborating with or supporting a small recruiting team

- Comfortable pushing at a fast but sustainable pace

- Enthusiasm for boating and the water
