## Description

We are seeking a suitably qualified Associate Landscape Architect / Landscape Planner to join the UK Landscape & Urban Design team.

As a Landscape Planner, you will lead, author, and co-ordinate Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments.

As a Landscape Architect, you will lead on design projects, including urban realm and mixed-use developments, through all LI/RIBA stages, generally working in a BIM level 2 environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the continued development of our relationships with existing and new clients in public and private sectors.

- Leading and co-ordinating preparation of bids for approval, from small to complex multi-disciplinary projects.

- Leading, managing, and delegating project work to junior members of the team.

- Acting in a client-facing role, involving design advice, leading workshops, and stakeholder events.

- Joining internal multi-disciplinary working groups promoting innovation, excellence, and thought leadership.

Requirements:

- Degree level qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent.

- Postgraduate diploma / Masters qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent.

- Established Landscape Planning track record delivering Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments, and/or;

- Established Landscape Design track record successfully delivering landscape and urban design projects.

- Technical know-how, and experience of managing landscape design during the construction phase.

- Experience of understanding client requirements and developing scope and fee proposals.

- Fluent spoken English with excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
