As an Institutional & Specialty Sales Consultant, Cardiology - Valley, TX, you will be part of the Institutional and Specialty Sales (ISS) team, leading launch activities for indications within the CVR portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving clinical demand, education, and sales by developing and implementing strategic business plans for top priority institutions, cardiologists, and nephrologists

- Building institutional advocacy to drive formulary/pathway/protocol adoption of cardiovascular-renal brands

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, market access, and patient services

- Managing P&T committee processes at priority institutions

- Building key business relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience in competitive landscapes

- Deep expertise in cardiovascular and/or renal therapeutic areas

- Experience launching new products and product indications

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred qualifications:

- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field

- 5 years of successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales experience

- Experience selling in institutions and clinic settings

The salary range for this position is $124,320 - $186,480 per year, with additional compensation including bonus or commission. Benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave.
