Join 3M as an Automotive Aftermarket Sales Representative and play a crucial role in driving sales growth in the transportation industry.

**Job Summary:** As an Automotive Aftermarket Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing the penetration of Automotive Aftermarket Products and exceeding sales forecasts in your territory.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and execute annual sales plans to achieve sales operating plans

- Drive sales throughout the Transportation Industry by delivering strong head office promotional calendars

- Identify and prioritize market segment and alternative channel opportunities for Automotive Aftermarket Division Products

- Foster strong relationships with key account contacts at head office level

- Support the execution of plans through AAD distribution network

- Spend 80% of territory time face-to-face with end-user customers

- Take responsibility for other products/projects as required

**Requirements:**

- Higher School Certificate or equivalent

- Minimum 2 years in a professional sales role

- Strong and consistent recent sales results

- Strong selling and key account management skills

- High degree of computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel analysis, and PowerPoint

- Excellent presentation, verbal communication, and listening skills

- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

- Confident manner with internal teams and external customers

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Cert III - Paint Technician or Panel Beater Technician Qualification

- Experience in an industrial sales role

- Previous supervisory responsibility

- Knowledge of industrial products or terminology
