## Description

ElevenLabs is seeking a highly motivated Field Marketer to lead planning and execution of impactful events and GTM campaigns across Latin America. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of events experience, with at least three in tech event marketing, and be a native or fluent Spanish speaker.

The Field Marketer will own the full lifecycle of in-person owned events, third-party tech conferences, executive dinners, workshops, webinars, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships. They will adapt and localize successful playbooks from global programs while identifying new, high-impact opportunities unique to the region.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing event plans aligned with business objectives across Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, and beyond

- Organising third-party conferences, owned branded events, and strategic dinners with key customers and prospects

- Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and GTM teams for seamless execution

- Creating compelling event messaging that resonates with local audiences

- Managing event budgets and timelines end to end

- Analyzing event performance and providing recommendations for future improvements

- Building and maintaining relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors across the region
